A Point of Sale System often refers to the hardware and software used to complete a customer transaction at a checkout. A Point Of Sale (POS) system is the equivalent of a 'computer cash register'.

Download ALM invoices electronically
Process pages of ALM invoices in seconds. It’s so easy to update costs, inventory, sell prices and add new ALM products without having to put in the barcodes.


  • Import IBA promotions
    No more keying in 100’s of products fortnightly. When connected to the IBA scan data scheme downloading multi-buy specials are no longer a problem.

  • Print every day and promotional shelf tickets
    Export products to a range of pre-designed templates that best suit the IBA supplied paper.

  • Re-order reports sent direct to ALM
    Edit suggested re-order reports and upload the orders directly to the ALM warehouse. No need to phone, fax or key in the orders to the ALM website.

  • Complex Specials solved easily
    The input screen for in store promotions has been designed to easily replicate today’s advanced marketing schemes. For example, 3 or more wines 10% off.

  • Integration of EFTPOS ($250 per terminal)
    Staff are not required to key the purchase amount into the EFTPOS machine. Peace of mind for all owners.

A rewards point system calculated on profit. The deserved customers can use their points for dollar discounts or on items with a point’s value.

Grouping products into Families

Changing the 4 pack price of one Vodka Cruiser can be applied to all products found within the ‘Cruiser’ family. Staff can scan 4 mixed Cruisers to get the 4 pack Rate.

Basket items are great for Xmas

A product can be created whereby it minuses allocated quantities from various stock items when sold.

  • Automatic Backup throughout the day

Never lose data again. The system is routinely backed up to a USB stick or a networked PC every 10 minutes.

 

  • Stock Taking with a PDE Gun (soft: $500 + gun: $990)
    Stock taking, ordering, updating sell prices, selecting products for ticket printing and maintaining barcodes can all be done with this additional software and gun.

 

  • A Support Team who understands ($50 monthly)

Installed in 300 Liquor Stores nationally. SAS owns a Cellarbrations store that was recently awarded Victorian store of the year. Software updates are daily and are included in our monthly support fee. Our Remote Desktop Support also ensures that you’re not left alone.
